At All-Star Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment or apparel is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
